Durrrr has quietly had himself a nice couple of days since we reported no him the last time. Taking on all comers at both NLHE and PLO and playing a wide range of stakes, he found himself a $371K winner when the dust had settled.

If you look at today’s graph you will see that durrrr actually peaked at the very last hand of his sessions, and that is not something we see very often. As I said initially, he played a number of opponent, and though he played mostly PLO, three quarters of his winnings came from taking on DjAdi in $300/$600 and $500/$1000 NLHE.
Brian Townsend hits one of his many winners on the turn to win a $87K pot.
Brian Townsend was one of durrrr’s many opponents over the 3300 hands he played in this period, and was one of the few that was able to get a positive result from it. The hand above was the largest PLO pot of the day and is quite interesting for Townsend’s play on the turn. For those who think that PLO is all about raising the flop with any semblance of a draw might do well in studying this hand. In this spot there are many factors that should discourage you from making a move here. Your opponent 4-bet preflop, something that could mean he flopped a set of aces, there is a potential flush draw on the board which could reduce your number of winners and some of your winners won’t give you the nuts.
The 6 on the turn is really the best card that could come for Townsend. Not only because it hits his hand, but also because it very difficult for durrrr to see that it was a card that made his opponents hand. In fact, from his point of view it could very well have been a great card. This time, it clearly wasn’t and Townsend was able to take quite a bit of money from durrrr.
DjAdi flops a full house and gets durrrr to pay him off with a straight flush draw.
From the hands I show here, you might think that he was a loser for these sessions, but fate just happened to grant his opponents the largest pots in each game with durrrr claiming most of the rest. On this hand, the straight flush draw was too tempting for durrrr, and DjAdi got rewarded for playing his hand fast. It can’t have felt very good for durrrr to get his money on a one outer, but those are the breaks sometimes.
