Phil Hellmuth just finished 7th in the WSOP Event #41, $1,500 PL Omaha Hi-low Split-8 or Better, and fell short of winning his 12th WSOP bracelet.

Hellmuth earned $30,633 for his 7th place, and here is the final hand that he played:
"Phil Hellmuth raised and then John Gottlieb reraised. Hellmuth made the call and was all in. Hellmuth held the

. He was up against the

for Gottlieb.
The flop came down

and Gottlieb stayed in front. 'Keep 'em high dealer!' he yelled out.
The turn brought the
and then the river the
. Both of those weren't what Hellmuth needed and he was sent packing in seventh place for over $30,000 in winnings.
'He woke up with aces. I raise once and he wakes up with aces!' Phil complained as he exited from the final table."
WSOP 2010 is all but over yet, and we will see if Hellmuth can still go deep in some events this year.
We can't leave unmentioned Phil Ivey's new prop bet either, Erik Seidel wrote this in his Twitter:
"Just took 7-1 on Ivey to win another bracelet in US this year. Some very sharp ppl on the other side but I expect they'll be sweating soon"
