German Limit Hold'em specialist Kagome Kagome, who used to play under IHateJuice reveals in a interview with Pokerstrategy.com how he started his poker career.

According to the article Kagome Kagome's "computer career" began in the field of eSports, playing Warcraft 3. Just like with poker, it was all just for fun at first.

But when his friends would stop playing, he would continue. "I played WC3 a lot, it was a great time", he says about his beginnings on the internet.

During that time he also found poker, he was around 16 and he played first with his friends. Later he would also start to play online.

First he didn't win, and just "gambled his money away", but later when he decided to focus on Fixed Limit Hold'em Heads-Up, he started to get some results.

Between May 2009 and winter 2009, he made it up from $5/$10 to $100/$200 and $200/$400, and half a year later he already took a shot at $2000/$4000.

All of a sudden, things started moving forward very quickly and the German was soon playing FL heads-up at the highest stakes, article tells.

Article also reveals that a while ago Kagome Kagome was actually planning to stop playing poker, because no one wanted to play against him. Now that problem has been fixed, since Patrik Antonius has been giving him all the action he wants.

According to the site, second part of the interview is released in the coming days. There, Kagome Kagome will talk about his poker philosophy, playing on the sky high stakes and explain why he has never been scared money.

So while you wait that, take a look at the first part of the interview from here.

Update: The second part of the interview has been now also published at Pokerstrategy.com - read the second part from here.
