FTOPS XX Event #1 and Sunday Million have a pretty good turnout after the "Black Friday"

First time in years the Sunday tournaments at PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker were played without U.S players.

PokerStars had prepared for the lower turnout, for example, by reducing Sunday Million $1,5M guaranteed prizepool to $1M.

Despite the lack of U.S players, a total of 6,475 players registered for the Sunday Million ultimately creating a prize pool of $1,295,000.

FTOPS XX also kicked off last night at Full Tilt Poker, and the original $3M guaranteed $216 buy-in NL Hold'em Event #1 was reduced to $1M guaranteed.

The tournament got almost 7,000 entrants and there was no overlay, since the prizepool ended up being almost $1,4M.

Currently still final five players are fighting for the first prize of $229,449, and as I am writing this, Full Tilt Red Pro Soren Kongsgaard from Denmark is leading the tournament.

See whole FTOPS XX schedule from here (I think it is safe to say that the prizepools will be lowered in other FTOPS XX Events also).
