There are currently two big live tournaments going on in the poker world - the €5300 buy-in EPT San Remo Main Event in Italy and WPT Hard Rock Seminole in Florida ($10,000 buy-in).
A total of 987 players entered EPT San Remo Main Event, and the prize pool reached €4,786,950, meaning that the top 144 finishers will be sure to collect at least €7,500 for their efforts, while the winner will walk away with €930,000.
The WPT Hard Rock Seminole in Florida got instead 433 entries, and the winner takes home $1,122,340.
Day 2 of the EPT San Remo is currently being played as I am writing this, and 235 players remain, while Day 3 at the WPT Seminole is just about to begin with 147 players.
Both tournaments have still many big names left, so make sure you follow the action from PokerStars Blog and WPT.com throughout the weekend.
