Alexander "joiso" Kostritsyn has a strong start in PokerStars' SCOOP

Alexander “joisoKostritsyn (aka. PostflopAction) has started PokerStars' SCOOP 2011 strong and the Russian has already two second place finishes.

Kostritsyn was second in the SCOOP High -tournament #10, $3,150 Stud, and won $20,700. He also finished second in the SCOOP High -tournament #11, $2100 PLO Heads-Up, good for $45,720.

Also, Kostritsyn will play today in the SCOOP High -tournament #12, $2000+500+100 NLHE KO final.

The tournament is currently paused and will continue tonight with nine finalist, the eventual winner walking away with $113.293. All finalists have guaranteed at least $10,526 for making it this far.

Kostritsyn made his breakthrough in poker 2008 when he won the Aussie Millions Main Event and $1,450,000. The Russian has also won a WCOOP bracelect in 2010.
