It seems that Ilari "Ilari FIN" Sahamies has really got back into the groove as he continues his winning streak at the PokerStars PLO tables with his sessions played since yesterday morning netting him a sizeable $250 win, while Phil "MrSweets28" Galfond has so far taken over $240k in winnings since the early hours of today.
Sahamies started yesterday brightly playing HU matches at $100/$200 vs mTw-DaviN before moving on to more of the same vs f2fish, both of whom were soundly beaten by the rampant Finn. As the stakes were raised Sahamies continued his run at f2fish at the $200/$400 tables and in under 700 hands had won more than $320,000 from his opponents. Things took a turn for the worse soon after however as Ilari perhaps played one HU match too many and at the $200/$400 tables f2fish was able to undo a lot of Sahamies hard work, taking $180k back from him in less than 300 hands in a 1.5 hour session. It was during these sessions that Rui "PepperoniF" Cao attempted to join the table only to be told in no uncertain terms that his presense was not required!
After this, Sahamies was notably absent for the next 11 hours - perhaps sensibly taking some time out to regroup, it certainly seems that Sahamies is game selecting a lot more these days. He picked up the action at just gone midnight server time (dawn around Europe) and started to crush again, with f2fish once more his victim at the $200/$40 HU tables. After a three hour break Ilari FIN was back in action, this time playing both 6 max and HU (again vs f2fish) winning yet again at HU play and breaking even overall in the $100/$200 and $200/$400 ring games.

Galfond also won big at the $200/$400 tables, again f2fish was among the victims. He also netted a decent win at the ring games from $25/$50 up to $200/$400.
Unsurprisingly the biggest losers over the past day and a half have been mTw-DaviN who lost over $300k yesterday and f2fish, who after his early morning encounters with Ilari FIN and MrSweets28 has dropped close to $300k today.
