There was plenty more action at the PokerStars PLO tables yesterday from limits $25/$50 to $100/$200 and one man who played them all in ended up winning just shy of a quarter million dollars was Canadian Pro Phil “takechip” D’Auteuil.
D'Auteuil played almost continuously for 7 hours, taking the bulk of his money at the $50/$100 PLO tables, playing 6 max and heads up. His biggest victim of the day was Ben "Ben86" Tollerene who got unlucky in several of D'Auteuil's biggest pots of the day
Coolers and suckouts
Ben86 flops top set but gets unlucky on the turn - takechips biggest pot of the day.
takechips top 2 beat Ben86's two pair - 2nd biggest pot of the day for takechip
Ben86 Aces are cracked - takechips's 4th biggest pot of the day!
D'Auteuil also won $35k at the $100/$200 tables later in his session playing against regulars such as Isildur1 and Ilari FIN (2nd and 3rd on the days leaderboard respectively, both picking up 6 figure wins for the day) and less lucky regs including refaelamit and Terken89, the days biggest losers. There was also a fleeting and losing appearance for old HSDB favourite Sami "LrsLzk" although I doubt his $3k losses will unnecessarily concern either himself or his fans.
According to PTR takechip is now up nearly $1.5m lifetime on PokerStars and around $500k on the high stakes games tracked at Full Tilt by HSDB (screename FLIPokeHer).
