Yesterdays biggest winner at PokerStars came in the form of the Swedish high stakes pro known as Sussie Smith who took $106k in an 833 hand session of $50/$100 NLHE.

Sussie sat at the table for nine solid hours and really grinded out his win, taking on a plethora of big names including takechip, kanu7, phounderAA and Lrslzk and coming out very much on top. The session also produced the biggest hand of the day this $105k pot from Sussie Smith who calls takechips brave but dubious bluff on the river.

It was also a good day of recovery from Brazilian pro verve.oasis who dropped down in stakes to $25/$50 PLO to try to recoup his very recent losses. He really put the hours in and played close to 2000 hands, in the process racking up $90k in profits.

There was also an most interesting session of $200/$400 NLHE - a game which threw up the four of the five largest hands of the day. Here are the top three from that session.

0Human0's aces hold up in this $81k pot

thecorster's QQ wins the race against jarma-dhama's AK - $67k pot

0Human0 rivers the winner in this $47.5k pot

It was another bad day for the months early high flier, Phil "takechip" D'Auteuil who dropped $124k playing both $50/$100 NLHE and $25/$50 PLO.

Over at PartyPoker the biggest winner was ILikeToFOLD who took $16.3k playing $25/$50 PLO and the biggest lost Botje who dropped a little over $11k in the same games.
