Daniel Negreanu finishes in 6th place.
Germany's Daniele Nestola ended up taking down the PokerStars Latin America Poker Tour Grand Final (buy-in $2.300) in São Paulo for R$289,300 ($168,491). Daniel "KidPoker" Negreanu finished instead in 6th place.
Negreanu described his bustout hand on Twitter shortly after he was out of the tournament:
"Out in 6th. Tough spot low on chips QT on T93 flop vs slowplayed AA. Instinct said fold but talked myself into a call since I was short.", Negreanu told.
Negreanu took home R$48,730 ($28,380) after finishing in 6th place, and became the first player to earn a final-table spot on the LAPT, APPT and EPT tours.
The new champion, Germany's Daniele Nestola, instead more than doubled his career earnings with the R$289,300 ($168,491) win.
