Igor Kurganov Captures EPT Monaco €25K High Roller

The European Poker Tour has now crowned its last champion of the season eight, after Igor Kurganov defeated Daniel Negreanu heads-up to win the 2012 EPT Grand Final €25,000 High Roller Event.

Kurganov took home a cool €1 million, while Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu picked up €598,600 after finishing in second place.

According to thehendomob.com, Kurganov has now over $2,3 million in live tournament winnings.

Justin "ZeeJustin" Bonomo, who won the EPT Grand Final €100.000 buy-in event, finished instead in fourth place, which was good for €266.000.
