Brian "$tinger 88" Hastings has a great day at the $50/$100 PLO tables - wins $292k.
patpatman has kept his identity hidden but he did not hide at the tables yesterday as he won $229k.

Brian "$tinger 88" Hastings recovered extremely well from his previous day's losses of $83k to win $292k yesterday and end as the day's biggest winner. He played $50/$100 PLO whereas the other big winner of the day, Macau-based player patpatman ran really hot at $200/$400 NLHE and won $229k against tough opponents.

$tinger 88 dominated the action at the $50/$100 PLO tables especially against Romanian player Phisherman36 whom he played heads-up and did well against, with the Romanian losing $186k in total to end as the day's biggest loser. The unknown player has continued to play long sessions and is not scared to face just about anyone - yesterday, he played 2,250 hands including another heads-up match against high stakes Finnish pro Ilari "Ilari FIN" Sahamies (-$80k). They played one table at $50/$100 and another at $100/$200 with Ilari being up about $150k at one point before losing it all back and a bit more by the end of the match. There was also a lot of six-handed action at the $50/$100 PLO tables with Terje "Terken89" Augdal having another great day, booking a win of $158k which means that he has now won a million dollars since March. There were no other major winners in these games but a big loser was unsurprisingly Zypherin (strongly rumoured to be Guy Laliberte) who lost $92k. It was during the $100/$200 match that the biggest PLO pot of the day occurred:

Phisherman36's hand holds up against Ilari FIN and he scoops the $91k pot.

There was some great NLHE action featuring three top players: patpatman, Alex "Kanu7" Millar (-$136k), and Daniel "w00ki3z." Cates (-$84k). They mostly played at $200/$400 and patpatman ran very very well. He has won a million dollars since we started tracking him at the beginning of this year, and whose identity is still speculated by many in the forums with the majority suggesting that it could be Tom Dwan. The action was mostly three-handed but occasionally it was heads-up with one of the two NLHE specialists against patpatman. We hope to continue to see more action like this.

patpatman flops a straight against w00ki3z. who (unfortunately) hits a set on the turn and check-shoves to only get snap-called and lose this $186k pot.

patpatman makes an all-in bluff on the turn but hits a lucky 3-outer on the river against w00ki3z. to scoop the $159.5k pot.

w00ki3z.'s pocket kings hold up in this pre-flop all-in against patpatman's pocket queens for a $158k pot.

Day's biggest winners: Brian "$tinger 88" Hastings (+$292k), patpatman (+$229k), Terje "Terken89" Augdal (+$158k)

Day's biggest losers: Phisherman36 (-$192k), Alex "Kanu7" Millar (-$136k), Zypherin (-$92k), Daniel "w00ki3z." Cates (-$84k), Ilari "Ilari FIN" Sahamies (-$80k)
