Viktor "Isildur1" was spotted playing the high stakes live cash games at WSOP on Friday after his first-ever WSOP live cash.
According to Cardplayer.com, after busting Event #16 ($1,500 six-handed no-limit hold’em) in 151st for $2,706, Blom headed to play some $50 - $100 - $200 PLO games at the RIO.
"He played with the likes of Brian Rast, Ayaz Mahmood, Rami Boukai and Ryan Lenaghan. The PokerStars sponsored player sat with a large stack of $100 bills and an asortment of chips, and appeared to have everyone covered other than Rast. The game is uncapped. Big-bet games at the Rio have been up to $500-$1,000 in stakes.", Cardplayer reveals.
The reports say, that other players like David Benefield, Ben Lamb, Andrew "good2cu" Robl and "cadillac1944" have also been in action.
Blom might not have had the best year so far in the online cash games, but he has made some great results in tournaments, both online and offline.
In January 2012 Blom won his first major live tournament, the PCA Super High Roller event, and during the PokerStars' Spring Championship of Online Poker in May he managed to win two events back-to-back.
Let's hope we will hear soon some juicy stories from the WSOP live cash games.
