Yesterday saw the Omaha Hi Lo specialists atop the daily leaderboard as Chung ho took down a $91.7k win followed closely by KPR16 who made a $91.3k score.
Both players saw their profits come from RaiseOnce (strongly rumoured to be Phil Ivey) who lost $184k yesterday and is now down over $700k for the year. If it is Ivey then this is still a mere drop in the ocean for the uber successful Ivey who took down an $800k payday just last week at the Macau High Stakes Challenge Tournament, cashed for nearly $600k at the WSOP, took down $2 million at the Aussie Millions in January and who is still the biggest online winner of all time. Nevertheless he won't be happy at having a negative win rate so hopefully we'll see more of RaiseOnce at the highstakes tables in the near future.
As ever the biggets pots of the day came from the PLO tables where the dominant game for the high stakes players this week continues to be $50/$100. The biggest hands came from a heads up encounter between mtvdeuem and the player known as "barcode" 1Il|1Il|1il|.
Here are yesterdays top three hands, all of which came from the aforementioned heads up match;
Although he was the loser in the match, did win the biggest pot - he avoids a multitude of danger cards on the river to scoop this $82.1k pot with his pocket Aces
This time it's mtvdeuem who has to avoid the outs as he scoops this $59.1k hand
The turn seals this $58.5k pot for mtvdeuem
Although not among the days biggest winners mtvdeuem's $41k win pushed him to almost half a million dollars profit in 2012 whereas 1Il|1Il|1il| is currently over $700k down at stars this year, although still in profit by over $400k from this time last year after a stellar end to 2011.
The biggest winner at the PLO games yesterday was Joeri "L0ve2playU" van der Sman who won just over $70k during some morning sessions in which he also dabbled in a little $25/$50 NLHE.
Tuesdays Biggest Winners
Chung ho +$91.7k, KPR16 +$91.3k, L0ve2playU +$70.5k, wilhasha +$60.3k
