Having only appeared at the PokerStars high stakes tables since 20th July this year player FaKeOrReaL definitely left his mark on the games yesterday, netting a fantastic $216.8k win at the $50/$100 PLO tables.
FaKeOrReaL certainly earned his money as he logged close to 8,000 hands yesterday, playing throughout the night in a 13 hour session which started Tuesday night and a further 4.5 hours the following evening.
FaKeOrReaL played 87 separate tables during the course of the day, often playing just a handful of pots per table. As such there wasn't a great deal of deep play during his games and he didn't actually feature in any of the biggest pots of the day - winning just five pots over $30k. Here are his biggest two however;
L0ve2playU gambles with his flush draw/gutshot combo on the turn, handing this $38.3k pot to FaKeOrReaL
L0ve2playU makes the correct call on the flop but is defeated as the river completes FaKeOrReaL's flush in this $38k pot
As well as playing a lot of heads up with L0ve2playU, FaKeOrReaL also enjoyed good heads up success against Rob "Vaga_Lion" Akery who had a miserable day at the tables, losing a total of $140.5k yesterday.
There were no really big hands played yesterday with only a handful over $50k. Here are the biggest two;
Gus "broksi" Hansen rakes in this $59k three way all in pot at the $50/$100 ring games yesterday
1Il|1Il|1il| has the better hand and better draws throughout this $51.9k pot
This pot for 1Il|1Il|1il| was something of a rarity yesterday as he suffered a $104.6k loss yesterday.
There were no other six figure winners yesterday with Gry Dilling taking second spot with a $74.7k win playing at the $25/$50 and $50/$100 PLO tables.
