After losing $184k a couple of days back at the Omaha Hi Lo tables RaiseOnce made amends yesterday as he went back to pick up the pieces and walked away a $177k winner.
RaiseOnce (rumoured to be Phil Ivey) is clearly not one to take a beating likely and yesterday took his revenge on one of his conquerors from Tuesday as he handed a six figure beating to KPR16 on his way to taking $212k win at table Alderamin IV where KPR16 lost $180k. RaiseOnce also took a $130k win at table Magnya II where he took a six figure win from FLO8 specialist madmags4. His wins took place during a morning and an afternoon session
The reason RaiseOnce daily winnings aren't considerably more is due to the fact that he had already lost $65k at just after midnight server time and dropped a further $100k in some late night action against Chung ho - the other player who beat him two days ago. It seems RaiseOnce still has a little work to do on this wily opponent who ended up the days second biggest winner with a $168k win - pretty much all from RaiseOnce. Yesterdays win puts Chung ho up almost half a million dollars exactly since hsi first appearance at the beggining of the year.
Once again the PLO an NLHE players took second stage among the big winners/losers but again produced the biggest pots of the day. Here are the top three;
wilhasha's flopped top pair is no match for patpatman's wired Aces in this $70.6k NL hand
FaKeOrReaL's turned full house take out Vaga_Lion's flopped trip Queens - $69k pot
wilhasha gets his revenge on patpatman as his turned flush gets paid off on the river in this $63.8k pot
RaiseOnce and Chung ho were the days only six figure winners, although we saw five six figure losers in KPR16, madmags4, Vaga_Lion, FaKeOrReaL and SLUMMDOGG51 all suffering at the tables yesterday.
Thursday's Biggest Winners
RaiseOnce +$177.4k, Chung ho +$168k, IAmSoSo +$74k, patpatman +$68.6k
