Isildur1 Crushes The Triple Draw Tables Once Again - Wins $777k
A huge day for Isildur1 who once again crushed allcomers at the 2-7 Triple Draw tables
Viktor "Isildur1" Blom is having a great year at the 2-7 Triple Draw tables, and after a $777k win last night at a single table at the $2k/$4k limits, he is now up over $4.5m in this particular discpline.
The session in question began three handed between ragen70, samrostan, and Gus Hansen at around 7.30pm The first hour saw ragen70 and samrostan divide Gus's constantly reloading stacks between them, before the arrival of Isildur1.
Upon the young Swede's arrival, the tables turned, and the two Full Tilt Pros began to dominate the action, with Gus turning his $300k loss into a slight profit, and Isildur1 slowly but surely accumulating a very healthy stack.
The table began to thin after 11pm, as first samrostan left, then, an hour later, ragen70 left. Both players had made significant losses, ragen70 being down $249k, and samrostan down $144k.
The next hour and a half were all about Isildur1, as he totally crushed Hansen, who ended the session down $380k, with Isildur1 leaving with a $770k profit.
The other big winner yesterday was Denoking, who won $294.8k playing SanIker heads-up at $200/$400 NLHE.
This win made up for a similar size loss the same player made the previous day playing Ben86 over at PokerStars, playing as wilhasha.
Denoking was in control of nealy the entire 6 hour match, with SanIker managing to slightly reduce his losses towards the end of the match, after at one point falling to -$400k. The pair played multiple tables, and between them won and lost a raft of six figure pots. The biggest two actually fell to SanIker:
SanIker smells a rat with Denoking's play here and makes a great call with second pair to take this $184k pot
Although Denoking flops two pair, his opponent turns the nut flush and is able to take advantage of Denoking's continued aggression as he lets him bluff his way to losing this $164.8k pot
