hey im sorry i misread your post, i thought you had 2 pairs with the jack and six and misread the flop. thought the 5 was a 6. thats why my reaction was it was the worst lay down ever hehe lol my bad
anyways, he played it like an overpair and if he did i think you have a 30%+ chance to win from the turn to the river? dont mind your call preflop with your position but you also could have 3 bet/squeeze play him to know where you are at and have control + represent a good hand since 100% of the time he would cont bet when he took the lead. now when he cont bet, i would have shoved there with his stack size i dont mind it and he could easily have any lower pairs or over cards.
