Losing 40lbs in 3 months when you're 220 to start with is not exactly hard so someone would be a complete tool to take you up on it.
Why don't you just use the motivation of more attention from girls or whatever you're into to lose it?

i lost 110lbs in 10 days...
it was easy i didnt want to put up with my girlfriend arguing with me for 10 days straight so i told ur to get out we are done
but after loosing 110lbs im currently looking to gain gain 110lbs-120lbs back
