FTP: omg people actually trust this site with millions of dollars????

Ok, so I canceled an account 6 months ago on Feb. 15, 2010 to self-exclude (yeah right!). I just opened a new account 2 days ago because I thought the old account was well, canceled. I emailed FTP about rakeback on the new account and mentioned the old account ID....mistake! FTP sends me an email saying all my past accounts are now closed but the original one is left open for play, here is the email:

Hello,

This is to inform you that the following multiple accounts have been closed:

IHAVEURNUTS2010, FUGGINRIGGED, IWILLGOPROSOON, IWILLGOPROSOON, BENICE2MEDEALER, DURRRRS_GAY_BF, YEAHITSRIGGED, MUCKUBUDDY2009

Your primary account (I can't tell you all that, you'll just go look me up on PTR) has been left open and you may continue using it to play.

Our policy is that one Full Tilt Poker account is allowed per player. We cannot permit you to use any account other than your primary account. If you would like a full explanation of our site terms, please visit our website at: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/site-terms This closure applies to all versions of the Full Tilt Poker software originally downloaded from any of our websites.

We thank you for playing at Full Tilt Poker and appreciate your understanding.

Regards,

Mark

Ok so legit email right? Wrong! I go to open that account back up and it won't open. I click on "forgot my passord" and get 3 temporary passwords in a row that won't open the account. I email FTP back, and get the following:

Hello "?",

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We understand you'd like to resume playing on our site. However, we're unable to reopen your Full Tilt Poker account because it was permanently closed at your request on 15th February 2010.

Please understand that permanent account closures are irreversible.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you every success in your future endeavors.

Regards,

Brian

LOL. I think you should officially change your name, so to Full Tilt you're not the same person anymore. Or see if you can get a friend to create an account that you can use?

RE: FTP: omg people actually trust this site with millions of dollars????

It happens. I used to play on 888, last week I tried to deposit again, but they blocked me because I'm in a different country now. They emailed me to explain the situation. After that I got an other email where the support guy says:
"I have placed a note on your account of your new country of residency so they would not be any further issues."
Hm, ok. I tried to deposit today and here's what I got:
"We are sorry to inform you that your transaction could not be processed due to some restrictions on your Pacific Poker account."

RE: FTP: omg people actually trust this site with millions of dollars????

It's crazy I guess. Hey look, I'm not here asking for sympathy...just showing you all that FTP are some crazy whacked out operators to say "your original account is still open and available to play on" and then say "we're sorry to inform you that your account was indeed closed, per your request and is no longer valid." I'm like wtf man, open or closed??

P.S.- fk u, to the AP that said "one less degen around"....I ain't goin no where fool buahahahaha
