What is going wrong here

Hi,

I´m really annoyed. I registered 5 days ago at Full Tilt via Highstakesdb to get rakeback and nothing
happended. I wrote another mail to highstakes if it works...and they did not answer.

Whats the problem here, I think it`s really unusual in the whole internet not to answer and not to give any informations
when a customer asks for.

I`m really disappointed and will never do sth with highstakesdb again cause that is not the way you
should interact with your customers!

Does anybody know what I can do now? It makes no sense to play without rakeback....

Thank you & regards,
Smoothe

Hi Smoothe,

Our rakeback provider rakerebate.net are the ones handling the full tilt rakeback deals. Please shoot an e-mail to support@rakerebate.net and I'm sure you will have your deal confirmed in no time. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, the inbox at highstakesdb is quite flooded sometimes and it can take a while to catch up when there is a lot of development going on.

All the best,

w00t

RE: What is going wrong here

thank you for the answers... I`ll write them a mail. ( I´m sorry I did not know that another site handles the rakeback)

Why is it not possible to cash out the rakeback??

I was just refferencing that FT's Withdrawl Is a joke, and there are some people I know that have been waiting over 3 months to recieve a wire/check.

Not to mention they fees they paid regaurding those withdrawls.

Oh and by the way, FT doesn't really have email reponses they are all automated.

You have a better shot at talking to the queen on england than an actual person at FT.

I would imagine that netteller and moneybooker, are very fast.  But them receiving the funds from FT is another story.

I use UMW on other sites and yes ewallet solutions are usually extremly fast.

But, I don't know how long it takes FT to send it to that third party.

RE: What is going wrong here

when i cashout from my FT-account to my Neteller-account, the $ is there in a couple of seconds.. and I have a Net+card (mastercard) for my netteler-account.  so i can actually have the money in my hand,  a couple of secs after cashing out ..Smile
