The forums are aimed to be a good-feel place for our members to discuss various topics such as high stakes gossip, poker players, your own played hands, results, poker strategy and poker in general. Our intent with the forums is to keep the moderation to a minimum and let members freely speak what's on their minds. However, with freedom also comes responsibilities and due to a number of people abusing these privileges we have had to put some few basic rules in place to upkeep the good spirit of these forums.
1. Post in the correct forum
Moving threads to their appropriate forums is a tedious task. Please, before you post your thread, ensure that your topic is:
* within the scope of the subforum you post in
* not already being discussed in another thread (do a quick scan for recent threads and/or use the search function)
* titled so that readers easily understand what the thread is about before clicking in
Not following this rule can lead to your topics being deleted without notice. Several infractions or obvious trolling will also lead to your account being banned.
2. Keep your posts relevant and respectful
* No trolling
* Racist/homophobic/sexists posts are prohibited
* Do not insult/threaten/attack other members of the forums.
* Support your statements with proper sources (links, quotes etc)
It is ok to criticize, but keep it constructive and with respect.
Violation of this rule will lead to your posts being deleted without notice. The first infraction will lead to a warning, the second to your account being banned.
3. No spamming
Do not advertise without consent from the moderators. Do not post the same thing twice.
4. Use common sense (!!)
