Lockpoker, missing bonus and rakeback and support not working at all!
I registered yesterday through the link in here.
Cant see any pending bonus at all.
I emailed support and got this reply!! :
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
support@lockpoker.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Storage quota exceeded So their email isnt even working and their "live 24/7 chat" is offline
Are they 100 % amateteurs or whats going on?

They are completely swamped due to massive amounts of sign-ups the past few days (which obviously fills up their inbox, that looks to be the problem above). Please allow for a day or two for them to catch up and I think they'll have most things sorted, including rakeback and bonuses.
EDIT: Obviously I'm not defending that e-mails to support are bouncing, but I cannot see them letting that go on for too long.

Yeah this is SUPERRR TILTING, I just signed up, and I want to deposit on the site, so I click on cashier in the lobby of lock poker, and this ****ing **** webpage keeps popping up (picture), I emailed support 5 times got one reply that was worthless. -.- I just wanna play online poker FFS

I signed up to lock poker yesterday through the link on here
Iv managed to deposit ok
I did send an e-mail to there support with a question about my account and haven't heard anything back from them ..
please keep me posted with your updates on this please
Iv been playing on lock most of the day on cash/stt's/mtt's all because of the rakeback deal ...

I noticed you are using the mac-client. This is what I found when browsing:
I recommend un-installing the Poker Client completely and reinstalling.
Please follow the instructions below to successfully un-install the Mac Client:
1. Click the Finder icon on the dock to bring up the Finder Menu Bar.
2. Holding down Option, click Go on the Menu Bar and click Library
3. Go to the Application Support folder and find the Lock Poker folder.
4. Drag the Lock Poker folder to the Trash
5. Go to the Application folder and double click Lock Poker
Then try and reinstall the Mac Client using this link, http://files.lockpoker.com/poker/cli...ckPokerMac.zip
Make sure you continue to click Next until the Application loads, as the following programs need to download as well, MSXML3 and Flash
Please log in with your Email and Password. If necessary, you can reset your password here, https://admin.lockpoker.eu/password
I could not figure out if the user had the exact same problem as you, but it sounded like it. Could be worth a try..

wonder if the rakeback is activated or not. in the past it was often "when signed up without there is no way getting it after". So till i know for sure no deposits from me :-)

I just registered at lockpoker. What code do i enter when i deposit to get max deposit bonus, and how do i manage so that i can get the best possible rakeback? Also i tryied to message the "live chat" option at their site a few hours ago, no answer yet.
