RE: Event #55: The Big One for One Drop

as 96 entrants of the 25k satellite created a $2.4M prize pool the 1st and 2nd player could win a seat, however, the 48 player cap is already reached and only one seat was guaranteed. Gus took down this event and joins the field whereas the 2nd place (shaun deeb) is on the waiting list for the one drop...

1st: Gus - entry

2nd: shaun deeb - might play or $1M

3rd: jason somerville - wins 400k

I believe it was a condition for several of the non pros/ rich businessmen.

They wanted a lower % of pros to give themselves a bigger edge, I guess.

was amazed when i seen his name in it too, hes an ok player but didn't think hes the sort of person that has a spare million and he will get owned in a field like this

Shaun deeb let gus win so he could have the million cash instead of entry
