deposiited on the second day after relaunching and it kept declining my visa card but allowed me 2 deposit by UKash busted roll 3dayz l8r lol just tried twice to deposit using visa card and it says declined again and i need to send in id verification even though i've only deposited £20 and tried to deposit £10 a few moments ago ffs any1 else had this problem ?

just send them your ID it's not difficult..
I don't mean that in a troll way I just meant I had to do it and it was pretty simple.

and wont allow me to log in my account now! seems stupid needing to send in id from such a small deposit £20 = $32 and i had to send in id once to party poker and because i havent got a passport or driving license the customer support mess u around

yes but look at it from there point of view they have just paid a ridic some of money to bail full tilt out, and i think there going to do everything possible to keep there licence(and the people that provide it) happy.
It is a legal requirement to provide ID in any casino in europe, its not going to be any diffrent on a poker site unfortunatly.

Them fish's wantet some ID verification from me too to simply activate my account again, i told them to stick it somewhere if i had to go throug all that to just be able to log into my old account, then they responded by saying they no longer need my ID verification, and my account was manually activated again. They would at this time probably do alot to not lose more players, and make sure they keep whoever they got atm, so just dont back down

I have sent in all i need to send in to FTP before, and Stars, FTP i never made a decent cash at (cpuld be cause i hardly ever played there, prefered Stars software, plus i play mostly tourneys, so stars are better there), so i didnt really care if i wouldnt get back to FTP again, and financially it would be best if i didnt get back in. Ive had some good runs on Stars however, and had no problems sending in whatever information they needed there.
And if 100k players are gonna have to send in ID verifications for getting back access to theire accounts it would take forever, so why me? They gave me 3 options, log into with a computer i had previously been logged into, send them the first 10 (or 12) digits of the VISA card i used to deposit with before, or send them ID verifications, i choose #2, but they got back to me and still wasnt happy, and then wantet ID verifications, so i said **** you, i did what you said, if you dont want me playing there fine, but either accept me with no more hassle, or ill stick to the other sites i play on...
Now, if they would ask for my ID verifications when trying to make a withdrawal i would obv do it, as i would have no other choice, but in this case they were just being annoying, not accepting my legit decision to go for alternative number 2 in the first place.
