I believe PTR never tracked the mixed games right? He may very well have been playing a lot of FLO8 before Black Friday.

I just imagine that if he has been a FLO8 beast for a long time then somebody would know something more about him, which clearly isn't the case

My best bet is that he played his fare share of FLO8 back in the day, without playing nosebleed stakes. Switched over to stars or some under site after BF or played live, under an unknown screen name and made a killing and has now chosen to play the true nosebleeds on FT, and is clearly doing fantastic at them

Not many players have the roll to be playing 2k/4k FLO8 so I'd imagine he's decently well known over at pokerstars or something
