stars cashout curse true or not?
hey guys,
some days ago, __fullflush1__ was online on ftp: playing and chatting. i observed a chat with him and another high stakes player (they were sitting on a fl table). fullflush claimed that he was losing a lot till then on stars since 1 or 2 months after he cashed out big. thats why he did move to play on ftp.
This chat actually made me think about it deeper. i was cashing out on stars, too, for about 1 or 2 months. and, i was losing a lot the last weeks till now, no matter what i did. today for example i had a long session. got dealt 2 times pocket aces which did lose both times (both times i got allin). i got dealt pocket TT and did lose with it vs Ace rag also (was also an allin hand). and so on and so on. its brutal, and it does not make fun. it seems to be really rigged.
i do not think that there is a magical cash out curse. but i do think its possible that software is able to reduce winning chances for players that cash out (based on how much they have cashed out). and, i think its possible too, that software is able to increase chances for players that have deposited currently.
so, guys, i wanted to ask u: what do u think: is the cash out curse true or not

Lol that's like saying - "I don't believe in ghosts, but I really think that there are people from beyond the dead floating around us".

RE: stars cashout curse true or not?
Surely feels that way sometimes.
but i have a theory that maybe you lose your confidence when you withdraw money.
and are on a lower bankroll than you suppose to.
variance happens to everybody and sometimes u get ur aces in good but they get cracked 8 times in a row.
my worst session ever by the way. Aces is not holy. but they win probabaly as many times as they supposed to.

Thats just pure nonsense guys. Thats like in medieval age people said that mrs. xxxx is a witch because that and that happened. Dont wanna destroy your illusion but thats poker, thats what game theory is about. Sometimes you are on fire, sometimes you are frozen. You can call it variance if you want, but thats just stuff what has to happen. Just because you lost twice with AA and then with TT vs Ax doesnt mean its rigged dude,,,wake up..

RE: stars cashout curse true or not?
I don't wish this to sound rude... but you guys are ****ing morons.
Seriously, do you have ANY idea how much Pokerstars makes a day from simply being the biggest poker software site? SO much. The richest people in poker by FAR are the people who own Pokerstars... so you seriously, honestly think they are going to rig their software to make people who cash out lose, and manipulate that cards illegally to get... what? An extra five dollars rake from you? Really? The MOMENT any kind of software blip that wasn't an automated RNG for the cards came up, they'd be shut down. Would you risk a potentially billion dollar business to scheme out a few more dollars?
Seriously, this talk of rigged poker and stuff is ****ing retarded. You don't need to steal a bottle of milk when you have a thousand cows giving you tones every day legally.
You got some bad beats? It happens. I bet you've beaten people while being the dog in the hand. I don't see you starting posts with, "OMG POKERSTARS IS RIGGED IN MY FAVOR BECAUSE I WON THIS HAND LOLOL!!!!111!!".

RE: stars cashout curse true or not?
Yamuckit46 (2012-11-20) Without a doubt 100% true that chances for players to win a hand is increased a lot when they are a first time depositor. I have seen this time and time again with horrible players playing PLO and getting it in with 4% chance and hitting constantly, right after making their first deposit. Now of course, when you make statements like this, the nieve people will hit you in masses with "LOL" chants "CONSPIRACY" in a sarcastic manner (Because they are nieve little retards that think stars and other poker sites have no interest in making as much profit as possible). As far as the cashout thing, I would agree. I have cashed out 20+ times on Stars for 5k+ each time. Every time I did it, I would bust the rest of my roll and have to deposit again.
So you know for facts when they made their first deposit HAHA!!! And even dumber you seen it time after time and still you sit around this newdepositer that have the depositedge, it would be like trying to fight Mike Tyson in his prime. GL!
Everytime you cashed out you had cents left in your BR and still you wore stupid enought to gambel on 5/10 because you got lucky the first time and made 5k. This time your hand dident hold and no br left. Very sad you had to go thru this 20 TIMES lols. (Big fat lie to u never won.)
You sir are an incredible stupid person i can tell by this small post!

Yes you can always trust the poker sites.. It's fully controlled because it makes no sense for them to cheat when they are making so much money.
