Live PLO 1-3-5 (3 blinds)

So November was a great month for me and I was really looking forward to December. But I quickly found myself down nearly $8k. Combination of bad decisions and the cards just not coming in my favor. The games have been playing really big and quite honestly larger than I'm comfortable with. I guess thats the thing about live PLO though is the stacks are regularly 500-800 BB. I took a small break and traveled to another casino about 2hrs away that spreads a 1-2PLO with 500 max buyin. I'm a lot more comfortable at those stakes but my local casino just can't get that small of a game running. I managed a $900 win before the game broke about 4hours later. Fortunately for myself I'm stubborn, after being down huge for the month I went back with a $700 to buy-in the big PLO game and ran up to a $1900 profit. To make an even longer story short I managed to win back $3k of my losses. Here's a graph of how my year ended.( Ps. this is filtered with only PLO.) Which is what I want to focus my energy on. I do have a NLHE bankroll of about $3k which i keep segregated just in case I bust my PLO roll but am not interested in playing anymore because the game is just to slow and boring. So here are the graphs and a hand that I played and would like some feedback. (as long as it's constructive if you'd like to be a dbag then don't comment. Thanks. BTW this month is coming along great and Im up 2 Buyins so far.

Currently I'm at just over $16k in profit with a $10k bankroll. I really don't use this money except for poker and the occasional splurge. I've only been playing PLO for a few months and before grinded the 1/2 and 1/3 NL. Last month was a huge month for me ($6000) profit. Hopefully i can continue this and its not just your standard run good by a donk lol. Anyways I'll keep updated and try to post some interesting spots. Any tips or comments would be welcomed.
