Why do people say isildur is broke??
Firstly Im not a fanboy of isil but it seem strange to me why everyone thinks he's broke? his life time earnings on HSDB are '-$1,988,857' (thats both stars and tilt). so in the last 24 hours hes up $736,190 so just that equals '$-1,252,667', bluff magazine has his tournament winnings at '$1,966,185' so just that equals a profit of $713,518, now i know that there's other expenses in his tourney playing i.e not cashing but taking into consideration that below 25/50 there is no tracking i believe (correct me if i'm wrong), and like him or not surely people can agree he beats mid-stakes?? add the fact he's been sponsored for years... so does this not equal him having +1mill.....
So in this I only based it on HSDB and bluff records, added nothings for lower stakes and nothing for other sites, nothing for live cash games and nothing for sponsorship and he's still up 700k....

well yeah stupid to say some1 is broke while they play highest stakes.when you will see isildur/sauce playin 25/50 then you can talk about their bankroll being low..

he just plays above what the so called book says he should be playing for his bankroll. and out of all the highstakes players he prob has less than them but ofcourse that could all change in a very short time if he can run good for two weeks straight.

but we cant go on euro sites cause there not tracked, so just assuming he's even not up or down,...if he went a downswing tho playing this high would bust him tho, if he dropped 2-3mill i dont see how he could play without being staked or dropping back down to midstakes...

So according to op before he won 700k+ today he woukda been broke then no?on tracked games then yeah, he wouldnt have had much but he has been sponsored for 26-27 months, we dont know how much his deal/s are worth but he would have that left...on the assumptions we've made at least

There will always be money made available to isildur. He has made it. Hes one of the best now. He has made the deal. He can handle the high stakes. I wouldnt be able to do much with 50k at this level. Isi would be a better bet for me.
