slaktarn and opponents

i was sweating the $200/$400 PLO game and slaktarn was playing. he got in a hand with urindanger where slaktarn flopped a set and urindanger flopped a pair with the nut flush draw.. they get it in on the flop and the board runs off 7s, and urindanger wins with 7s full, a nasty way to lose a 53k pot. what pissed me off and was sooooooo annoying is as soon as the hand is over urindanger types in "HU?" and then asks again when slaktarn chats back something about please stop in broken english.. how much of a phaggot is urindanger for tossing that in? i on't care what slaktarn said in the past or yesterday or whatever.. slaktarn took a shot at high stakes and completely destroyed the game winning 2.5 mil including his 25k HU victory. he then dumped a mil back, but that is beside the point.. he is a fearlesssicko who doesn't need the needle from a big winner like urindanger. urindanger's wak attempts at needling players is always laughable, he is obv a weak willed person but somehow beats the game.. fck u urindanger, u are like school on sunday, no class.. and i hope slaktarn regains his composure and sodomizes that game again, with urindanger bent over to enjoythe run.

Ok first I would like to say that if gus is broke I would love to be as broke as he seems to be. He lost over 250k on 10/3/2008 Now thats the kind of broke I would love to be.

On top of this he is playing today 10/4/2008 with well over 500k

So for you jokers that keep saying he is broke think about this. If he was broke how could he be playing at high stake tables evey day ?

He is not broke he has well over 20 mill and does win big hands and games that you might not know about.

Mate, I rate you more than many people seem to - I'll never forget the Aussie Millions and those HU hands with Jimmy Fricke. Aggression and handreading was beautiful to watch... but I'm not sure you're +EV there.

Sometimes you just gotta take the shot, but that may not be the best spot imo.

(not that my opinion matters, but that's what the internet's for. now to google what some nerd things about StarTrek ;-I)

Unknown men tricked slaktarn

Sweden's perhaps hottest player right now - slaktarn, was before the EPT in Barcelona in September approached by a man on msn which issued to be one of the American magazine Card Player writers. He was very interested in doing an exclusive interview with the Swedish star and the only American newspaper, they would have an interview with Sweden's new big players.

A few calls later decided slaktarn to go along with the deal, and also went on to sign a contract that was sent via msn, files slaktarn could not open.

As thanks for slaktarn showed up at this exclusive interview reporter offered to send him a new laptop. A curious gesture - but the computer came as promised and slaktarn had it delivered home by the post office. A few weeks later still nothing had happened, the reporter had not returned, an interview was never, and slaktarn that already thought that everything seemed weird, now understood that something was wrong.

We at Poker Magazine reporter approached and asked if he contacted slaktarn and why they failed to complete the interview. The reporter replied that he did not know who slaktarn was, that he has not contacted him and that he suspected that any use of his name in other contexts.

- It was a foam thing that happened. I looked up the name of the guy resorted to, and it was one of Card Player writers. I thought no more about it. But when the computer arrived and they continued to not come back to me so I felt that something was not true. I never used the computer. But I feel very unpleasant that it sent the files to my other computer files that I could not open, "said slaktarn.

Exactly what that was sent to slaktarns computer is not yet investigated, but that an attempted fraud has taken place is obvious. Slaktarn have been in this situation not decided on whether he should go further and to police the event.

Is it just me or am i missing something here.If you click on the reports tab and scroll down to High Stakes Online Poker Results in September and you total DB's results it adds up to +3.6, below that is Complete results on our monitored sessions in September then if you click on that he is down 2.7 so what is correct...............

Does anyone know anything about it? Does it have to do with his recent downswing?

The action had been Hot and heavy on full tilt recently (specially railheaven) and you'd expect someone like Durr to jump in on that kinda action.

Never understood this with him. When did he make all his money? Since 2007 he has been swinging around and he is mainly down; maybe he is even or something around that now after this month but still..

He often borrows money, loses it and than plays again. I understand he might not have his whole roll online and such but, even ziigy, must have at least 10BI to play these stakes(?). Does he still play 5000NL with other nicks?

Did he win it live? in tourneys? sportsbetting? drinking games?

Btw I love the guy; at least not some nerdy whizzkid like durrr or urindanger and trex

Havent seen him plays in months but understood he played a lot at stars (jin_) 5000PLO and sometimes at FTP. But last HandHistory of him is from 25/8. Hasnt he played higher than 5000PLO ever since?

Anybody any idea if he is crushing there? Any stats what so ever?

I have been playing poker for a few years now. The last two pretty seriously. I have been a consistant winner. Of course there have been some bad weeks and good weeks but all in all I have not had a problem winning. This last month and a half has been horrible. Constant bad beat after bad beat. I understand that that is part of poker, but it's starting to get out of hand. I have re-examined my game and started playing tighter while this losing streak is going. After the first few days I was on tilt and I have corrected that. I don't get way out of hand if I'm on tilt but I'm sure I lost a few bucks because of it, but not nearly the main cause of my loosing. Most of the money lost has been from a lot of bad beats and then just the normal hands you lose on, like not making your draw. I haven't had a winning day for the last week and a half. Is this just normal that will happen occasionally like maybe once or twice a year, or is it me. What is the longest loosing streak you guys have gone on?

Would it be possible to enable for us to search through the results more efficient? As it is now you can select one or all games, would be nice to be able to search through combinations of two,three games etc

Also it would be good if you could search results for a specific player in a date range. If they are not in the top 10-50 you cant see the results.

The mini-profile is great but if you have the time it would be sweet if you could extend the profiles even more. With graphs, biggest hands won, biggest hands lost, overall ROI, winnings per game per site etc with variable date range.

Mr_lol i think u should also start recording big limit holdem actions in ftp. There has been some good action going on last months. For example yesterday there was nice game Hawrilenko vs Antonius. Benyamine and durrr have also played there some big sessions and recording those would make results even more correct.

So, i've watched Gus playing alot online lately, (the past couple of weeks) and been losing big, ($1M) at FTP, in the big 2\4k games, and the thing i'm wondering about is, is he on a big losingstreak? Or does he play\win anything live? or tournys or something that is not televised?
Or is he just on a big downstreak aswell? Thanks.. And be patient with me, hehe

Guy is always noted as the biggest fish ever and such but how fishy is he really?

Until which limit he could be a winning player?

What I personally don't understand is why he plays this high if he knows he cant win on the long term. If I'd be a decent football player I would love to play with Arsenal a few times but after getting owned time after time I'd be sick of it and go play at my own level.

Or would the hurt of losing 200K a week or something like that trigger him somehow like gambling addicts who, somehow, enjoy the hurt? Would losing like 15M hurt someone who has >1000M?

Its kind of a common theme with David Benyamine (or Mr. B as his girl calls him in her blog) that he is a big winner in NLHE and PLO and a HUGE loser in Omaha Hi/Lo.
If you look at all the results since January 1th 2007 he is up almost $6M total, but in the same period of time he is a $4,5M looser in Omaha Hi/Lo.

Is it just prestige? A drive to be considered the best all-around poker player or is it a give action - get action thing? Or is it just a leak?

In the long run, a guy like Ivey that runs pretty steady in NLHE, PLO and HORSE but is a huge winner in Omaha Hi/Lo should destroy DB if he only put in the hours.

Can an average player win at railheaven?

When I watch the hands from highstakesdb, at one moment patrik antonius has a stack over 600k and now live, he has like 222k?

Did he leave or someting and go back with 200k or did he loose it?

On the hands on highstakesdb he havent lost against anyone so if you know plz write.

Ive been wondering about which online poker rooms are easiest to win, or have the most fish?

I currently play on Full Tilt, and there seems to be many good players.

However it is in swedish but i can tell you that he is 27 years old (he's not william thorsson), he borrowed 10k from a friend this spring and took a shot at 200/400 and went up from there.

i am not use to play high stakes .
i use to loose some money in homaha H/L so far cause i try to improve my game in all differents games .
but about david benyamine. he's up this year almost 2M in THNL , 5M in OHPL , he is pretty good in HORSE
but each time i see him play in OHPL H/L he's so bad . he already loose 4M .
why ??????
to improve it ? some players own him ( like ivey ) .

could you explain me why he continued to play this game .
