I think Ilari is from Helsinki, like Patrik, and that would make it really unlikely that he knows any swedish at all, even less "perfect".. So, naaah, i'm pretty sure its not Ilari...
Newsflash: Swedish is the second official language of Finland and you study Swedish for at least 6 years in school, so it's very likely Patrik and Ilari know Swedish well.
Now we only need to know who Cogaz is. Wp, sir.
