| i just wanna say this about Durrrr, hes my fav player. everyone has there own opinions. i think hes a good player, but not a brilliant player, how hes got to the very top so quick i dont understand. also if hes reportidly won between 3-4 million dollars, isnt that not a big enuf roll to be playin 500-1000 BB?? also if he lost 1.7 mil last week shouldnt he of dropped down the stakes?? u see all the young highstakes players doing really well for a while, then they have massive losses but dont go down the stakes like ur "supposed to" to sustain ur bankroll? is durrrr just totally crazy and prepaired to go busto at 200-400, 500-1000?? seems that way to me. how can he possibly afford to keep playin these stakes after such a terrible last 7 days? wot do u guys think??

| I think he's probably won a lot more than that to be honest if you take into account all sites and all levels (remember HSDB only covers most games from 2007 onwards and only 50/100 and above and doesn't include Stars etc). My guess is he's rolled sufficiently to keep going at these levels for a while. It's weird to think it but guys like Durrrr could go completely broke but they know they'll never have to worry about money cos as long as they can borrow a stake (which they would easily be able to do) they know they can completely crush up to at least 10/20 without breaking a sweat which certainly pays more than a decent salary for most people in the world.

| i understand, he has won money on stars aswell and money from lower than 50-100. but these guys can lose half a mil regluar. normal ppl lose maybe 3-4 buyins then quit for the day. these guys reload 10-20 times. thats not good money management. thats why phil ivey is the best, his stop start stratagy is excellent. another thing, im a decent player. but really really strugling at the min, keep gettin outdrawn all the time, n hardly have a bankroll. i sooooo wanna get flyin up the stakes and i know im good enuf. ive had 10-20K bankrolls a few times before and cashed out. now ive got about $200 and cant do anything with it. wot u think is best way to build it up pretty quick?? i just cant seem to win anything at the minute, so frustrating!!
