You will have to sort this out with Titan. I did not get my money and I get this answer from support to my question why they don't pay:
"Femke, since this is a promotion of your affiliate, we greatly suggest thatyou contact them for more information."
So are you sending us back and forth or what?
Hope you can see this is very frustrating for players and that they will leave. This mess costs you at least one player, me!

Our representative at Titan Poker is currently on leave and this has caused all sorts of problems (rake race payout, bonuses etc).
I have sent another E-mail to the both the regular support as well as our rep and asked them to process all the bonuses as soon as they possibly can. |

A couple of weeks ago I reached 10k points. I got a $50 bonus but it was restricted for cashout until I got another 2500 points. Through communications with support I believe this was for a deposit(?) and so not for the 10k points.
Anyway I'm a bit confused so could someone please contact the Titan representive and check if I have gotten the $50 for 10k points and if so why it is restricted for cashout? My nickname is RoyalFem

Ok I think it is clear to me now. They gave me the second free $50 for reaching 10k points but it is restricted for cashout untill you earn an additional 2500 points.
I think this extra condition should be added to the free $100 promotion page
