OK prima has been a LAG bomb for a good month now. The only reply they can provide is that there servers are working fine and its probably the players line or to small oversea server to europe. And they say its because of high internet trafic around the world.

I say its BS. Any opinions of what to do about it?
they cant treat customers like that

The lag problem has been there since last year. It is much worse now because it happens at the same times each day (on the hour, every hour) The worse times from my experiences have been at 1800, 1900, 2000 and 2100 CET. Does anyone else encounter the problem at these exact times?

I have emailed support from various skins and they all spew out the same answer (the same answer you got). The most annoying thing is, you can't mail Prima directly. Everytime you call a pokermanager from the table they tell you to contact your own support. Realistically what are the chances the emails are really being forwarded to microgaming???

If it is possible to predict when the lag is going to occur there must be a major problem, and yet all people concerned continue to be in denial that there is anything wrong. To credit the problem to high internet traffic is ridiculous. Are they seriously saying internet traffic is at its highest at the exact same times everyday for a period of about 3 minutes each time???

If anyone has had any success in getting a dignified response from their support, can you please post.

I'll talk to some people and see what there plan is, but this have to be fixed, for sure. But I think they are working on it.

This is probably why there have been quite calm on the $200/400 tables, not so fun when you have the nuts and you cannot call a $40k bet because of lag
