"longerpig" is an unidentified high stakes cash game player from the UK. His PokerStars account has been registered for a few years as he has been playing sit-n-goes and tournaments under the same screen name since 2008, but we only started tracking him at the end of March 2012 when he started playing the high stakes ($25/$50 and above) cash games.
The player has not had any major online tournament scores to start playing the high stakes cash games so one can assume he has been doing well in the smaller stakes games online or live. He likes to play both PLO and the mixed games online, playing the latter as high as $400/$800. He plays PLO both short-handed and heads-up at $25/$50 and $50/$100, and is able to play multiple tables at the same time.
"longerpig" has done extremely well online during his first couple of months winning over $350k in his first ten weeks playing the high stakes games. He has not had the opportunity to play in the big online mixed games yet thus suggesting that other players know that he is a good player in this format as he is often seen sitting at the tables waiting for an opponent.
