How Much Nikita 'Mikita' Badziakouski Won Playing Online Poker

Mikita as he is called for short, is a Belarusian poker player who comes from an online cash game background. Known as fish2013 on PokerStars, Mikita has had an impressive run over the years and came into recognition around 2011 when he won over 200k playing NLHE cash games that year.

Over the next five years, “fish2013” raked in over $600,000 in earnings and was certainly dubbed as one of the best by this point, battling with players like Jens “Jeans89” Kyllonen, Liviu “Ohuman0” Ignat and Ike Haxton. However, since 2015, Mikita had a shaky few years and ended up losing $345,000 of his profit on the site, yet has still taken a healthy $245,000 for his troubles.

He has also performed very well in tournaments over the years, despite moving most of his volume over to live tournaments where the games are a lot softer. Mikita finished in 2nd place in the Sunday Million back in 2012, boosting his bankroll by $164k. Here is a short replay of the final table:

Since 2016, Mikita has really proved his worth in the live scene and has earned a stumbling $25 million from tournaments alone. “Mikita” unlike a lot of the other top pro’s, elicits a quiet demeanor at the table and prefers to not boast about his scores on social media. His popularity ranking on Hendon Mob sits at 102nd but people can’t help but take notice when he constantly wins high roller after high roller. His biggest score to date is $5.2 million from HK$ 2,000,000 Triton Poker Super High Roller Series Main Event in Jeju, beating 55 entries with some of the best in the world in the mix.

For Mikita though, it is just another day at the office and we’re sure that he’s going to continue his dominating run in 2020.
