Casino Adventures to Make 2021 a Dream Year

With 2021 almost upon us, the plan for many will be to put 2020 as far behind us as possible and celebrate, which for a huge number of poker players and gamblers means heading off to a live venue for a weekend, or hopefully more, of fun and games.

To make it special, how about choosing a brand new casino? Here are some 2021 newbies from around the globe to help you choose…

Las Vegas is the bucket list for almost everyone who has ever imagined themselves inside a casino, and there will soon be not one, but two new casino resorts to fulfil your dreams.

Resorts World Las Vegas is the latest megaresort to hit the Strip, a $4.3billion behemoth that for gamblers will mean 117,000 square feet of gaming, ranging from slots to table games such as roulette and blackjack, with private salons, a dedicated poker room and high-limit areas as well.

Throw in 3500 Hilton-branded hotel rooms, Michelin-star restaurants, a 5,000-seat entertainment venue, high-end shopping and much more and the entire Vegas experience awaits. If your budget doesn’t quite match a Vegas trip, then this updated list of alternatives will help you choose a new casino.

If you do make it all the way to the City of Lights, you can also check out the Circa Resort & Casino, the first adults-only resort and one that will enthral those who love that retro feel and look.

It sounds as though it will be one for those who are up for a party, the creators of this 34-story resort proclaiming: ‘We go big. We go all night. And here, everyone is on the guest list. So get loose and get loud. This is Circa. The time of your life.’

Promises, promises, but Vegas does have a habit of fulfilling those as we all know, and the Casino will be a split-level affair in downtown Vegas, part of the Fremont Street Experience.

South Korea - a place to be

For those that are seeking inspiration and a trip that visits places you might not have thought about, you can book your flight to South Korea, one of the centres of the Asian gaming boom.

Known to poker players for the Triton High Roller Series in Jeju, the nation will soon be boasting yet another top-class gaming venue when Inspire Entertainment Resort opens its doors.

One hour from the capital Seoul, and situated as part of the Incheon International Airport complex, it promises half-a-million square metres of resort, with 20k of that devoted to gaming.

You’ll be met by 150 gaming tables and more than 700 EGMs’, while a 15,000-seat arena, 1,250 hotel rooms and an indoor climate-controlled dome with a pool and rides are among the other attractions if you need a break from the tables.

Of course, if like me you are from the UK, there is no need to fly halfway around the world to enjoy yourself in 2021, one of the biggest online sites, CasinoViking promising free spins no deposit fun for everyone.

If you do fancy getting away from it all and indulging yourself as reward for putting up with 2020, then you might fancy a Malaysian cruise ship casino experience.

Crusino styles itself as the ‘world’s largest casino cruiseship’ and it can carry up to 3200 passengers, with 900 crew looking after the 295metre-long ship.

The casino part itself is over two floors measuring more than 190,000 sq. ft. with live table games, including novel transparent roulette wheels, sports betting and everything you’d expect from a casino.

In addition, and a unique selling point, the cruiseship rooms will be equipped with dedicated plasma-screen televisions so that you can indulge in live dealer games without leaving the comfort of your cabin!

Time perhaps to put 2020 behind us and dream of a better 2021!
