WPT World Championship: Day 3 Ends with Sam el Sayed Leading

After day 3 of the 2011 World Poker Tour Championship, 52 players remain. The chip leader going into day 4 is Sam El Sayed, who won the WPT Amneville Championship back in November to receive a free buy-in to the season-ending event.

El Sayed ended the day with 1.107 million, which is 9,000 chip lead over Nenad Medic.

Other notables still left are Sam Trickett, Roberto Romanello, David Ulliott, Abe Mosseri, David Williams, Doyle Brunson and Ali Tekintamgac, who has caused a lot of stir in the tournament so far.
