Bellagio's $100k Tournament: Winner To Receive $2,842,290

Massive turnout for Bellagio's $100k Super High Roller.

One would think that most of the high-stakes players are going to take a day off to relax before tomorrow's $1 million buy-in One Drop WSOP tournament, but many have opted to do just the opposite.

That is because, there is a $100,000 re-entry tournament currently running at the Bellagio. There were a total of 87 entrants, creating a massive prize-pool of $8,613,000.

The tournament will last only one day and the winner will take home over $2,8 million. A total of 11 players will end up in the money with the minimum cash being $172,260.

The payout breaks down as follows:

1st – $2,842,290
2nd – $1,722,600
3rd – $1,119,690
4th – $775,170
5th – $602,910
6th – $430,650
7th – $344,520
8th – $258,390
9th – 11th – $172,260

The tournament is now down to final 14 players and there are still many interesting names left in the field, like Erik Seidel, Doug "WCGRider" Polk and former High Stakes Poker commentator Gabe Kaplan.

You can follow live-updates from here while the tournament plays down to the winner.

Tom Dwan has not played any WSOP tournaments so far this year but he played the $100k tournament at the Bellagio eventually finishing in 15th place just shy out of the money. Here you can see a completely unrelated picture of Dwan hugging Daniel "jungleman12" Cates:
