Isildur1 Wins $647.3k After Huge FLO8 Session

Isildur1's big win yesterday puts him up over $850k since Tuesday

It's been a while since Viktor "Isildur1" Blom posted a big six figure win at the nosebleeds, but yesterday he finally put in a massive performance to end the day up $647.3k.

The vast majority of his profits came from the FLO8 tables, where he played two sessions against Carlooo13.

After a morning of small wins and losses, he finally bagged a six figure win in his first match with Carlooo13 which played out over 2.5 hours at the $1k/$2k stakes from mid-afternoon. Isildur1 established a six figure lead within 45 minutes, eventually ending the session up $116.4k.

He moved on from this game to the $2k/$4k 2-7 TD tables, where he played a two hour session against thecortster. During the second hour, Isildur1 really took control of the game, which he ended with a $214.4k profit.

Blom stayed at the TD tables for his next heads-up match, where he moved up to $2k/$4k to take on Kagome Kagome. The pair played for over 3.5 hours, and at first things went well for Blom, as he built up a commanding lead of around $180k during their first session, before being pegged back to a $70k win before he requested a table change.

Things didn't go so well after the change, as despite quickly taking a buy-in from his German opponent, Isildur1 quickly faded, with Kagome Kagome opening up a $150k lead.

Whilst this match was ongoing, Isildur1 added a tale of $2k/$4k FLO8, once again playing Carlooo13. Once again the tables had decidedly turned on Blom as he struggled to keep pace and he quickly took a six figure hit. These losses brought Blom close to even for the day after he had been over $450k to the good a relatively short time ago.

However, showing his typical "do or die" attitude, Isildur1 was this time able to turn the tables. He won a little back from Kagome Kagome, who ended the session up $115k, but did the vast majority of his damage against Carlooo13.

The match with Carlooo13 lasted four and a half hours, and for the latter half of the encounter it was all about the Full Tilt Pro who, after numerous reloads, was eventually able to turn his last $40k deposit into over $630k.

When he finally called it a night, Blom had made a $420.7k profit from the FLO8 table, and a $647.3k profit on the day.

The only other big winner in yesterday's games was Kagome Kagome, who prospered from some morning 2-7 TD ring games, where he played against Trueteller, samrostan, and SanIker, winning $173k. He also took another $50k from Isildur1 during a couple of late morning $500/$1000 games.

In total the German pro added $268.2k to his bankroll.

There weren't any six figure winners over at PokerStars, but there were a couple of six figure pots from the $200/$400 NLHE ring games:

SamRostan wins this $116k pot without showdown as he check-raises all in on the river, forcing wilhasha to fold his bluff

wilhasha turns a well disguised straight and is paid off in full as his shove on the river is called by Trueteller - $112.2k pot

Yesterday's Biggest Winners
