Antonio Esfandiari joins Poker Central

Poker Central now boasts the two most successful tournament players of all time on its team, as Esfandiari follows Negreanu

Just a week or so after it was announced that all-time money leader Daniel Negreanu would be teaming up with soon-to-be 24/7 poker dedicated television network Poker Central, the Las Vegas based company has now announced another huge name as an addition to its squad in former Big One for One Drop champion Antonio Esfandiari.

We are thrilled to add Antonio to the Poker Central team”, said Clint Stinchcomb, CEO of the network. “Antonio is beloved in the community, and will be a great asset in launching our 24/7 poker network.”

In terms of money won on the felt, there is no duo on the planet more potent than Kid Poker and the Magician, who have netted a combined $56,381,224 in recorded live tournaments. The two also boast a total followership on Twitter of over 500,000 people between them, an advantage Esfandiari put to use immediately to proclaim his good news:

Stinchcomb is expected to be announcing more potentially big names as partners in the near future as his network gears up for its launch later in the year, as well as the exciting and fast approaching $500,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl event to be hosted at the Aria this summer, which Poker Central will be airing.

Both Negreanu and Esfandiari are already confirmed to be attending the tournament - which is shaping up to be the biggest event of 2015 with the $1m Big One for One drop on a one year sabbatical – along with the likes of Dan Colman, Dan Cates, Erik Seidel, Scott Seiver, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, Sam Trickett, Ike Haxton and Tom Dwan.
