SamRostan & Sauce123 On Top After Another Big Day of Action
It was another action packed day over at PokerStars high stakes tables, due in no small part to Viktor "Isildur1" Blom's recent upswing meaning that there was always likely to be a hefty pile of cash on the tables being played fast and loose. It wasn't such a great day for the Swedish action junkie, but there was certainly no shortage of great games to rail.
In fact Isildur1 started his day pretty well. He joined a $1k/$2k 8-Game table late morning and proceeded to play for almost 12 hours straight against the likes of Sauce123, SamRostan, BiatchPeople, Kroko-dill, ChaoRen160, Crazy Elior, and Ravenswood13. At one point Blom was over $90k up and he added to this with another $26.7k from an early afternoon $100/$200 PLO win over RaulGonzales. However, things took a turn for the worse as the day wore on and his win at the 8-Game table ended up in a $46k loss. He also ended up down at the PLO tables, losing to RaulGonzales at the $100/$200 tables, and more at the $200/$400 6max tables, as well as a small loss at the $500/$1000 2-7 TD tables which resulted in a +$100k day ended up as a-$108k day.
The biggest winner ended up being Chun Lei "SamRostan" Zhou who played for the final 3.5 hours at the $1k/$2k game. He broke even for his first couple of hours before ending his session with a decent run to put him up $90.8k for the day.
Second on the daily leaderboard was Ben "Sauce123" Sulsky who finished up with an $89.5k win spending the whole day at the $1k/$2k tables.
Third place went to captaincube who took all of his $55.5k profit from a two hour heads-up session against Ravenswood13 at the $300/$600 FLO8 tables early yesterday afternoon. And in 4th place on yesterday's highstakes leaderboard was Sami "Lrslzk" Kelopuro who ended the day up $46k after a good win at the $200/$400 PLO tables.
