Daniel Negreanu Announces His 2017 Poker Goals

Written by Teemu - Friday, January 6, 2017, Live poker

Daniel "KidPoker" Negreanu released recently his poker goals for 2017 and they are, well, to say the least ambitious.

After going through how he did with his 10 goals set for 2016, Negreanu says he’s going to focus on quality over quantity this year and that's why he has "only" eight poker goals set for this year.

Negreanu has set quite high goals as he plans to make the 2017 WSOP November Nine final table and also win three bracelets while he's at it.

Daniel Negreanu's 2017 poker goals:

1. Cash for $2,5m
2. Win 3 WSOP bracelets
3. Cross 100 cashes mark at WSOP
4. End the year #1 on all-time money list
5. Win WSOP POY for a third time
6. Make the November Nine
7. Win $250,000 playing cash
8. Produce more content for poker fans.

The number eight goal is also an interesting one as Negreanu promises to deliver an exclusive interview with Phil Ivey this year:

"I will remain active on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, but have no plans to understand the whole SnapChat thing! I also plan to continue doing occasional hand breakdowns during study sessions and a few off the cuff vlogs. One interview I can promise you I will have in 2017 will be one with Phil Ivey that you could never find anywhere else," Negreanu reveals.
