Steve O'Dwyer leads the final five players in $10K High Roller tournament in Panama after ending Day 2 with 1,849,000 in chips.
O'Dwyer has well over $16 million in total live tournament earnings and he has won several high roller and super high roller titles over the years. The biggest tournament win so far for the Colorado pro came in 2015 when he won a $100,000 buy-in super high roller tournament in the Bahamas for almost US$1,9 million.
O'Dwyer will undoubtedly be a big favorite to win when the final table resumes later today, but he still needs to overcome players like Sam Greenwood and Felipe Ramos.
The total number of entries for the $10K high roller were 110, which created a total prize pool of over $1 million. There is $274,740 up for grabs for the eventual winner, while all final five players have secured at least +$80K payday for making it this far.
