Isaac Haxton Leads SHR Bowl China after Day 1

The HK$2,100,000 buy-in (~US$270,000) Super High Roller Bowl China is now undeway at the Babylon Casino in Macau Fisherman’s Wharf with Team partypoker's Isaac Haxton taking the early lead in the tournament.

The tournament's HK$100 million guaranteed prize pool (~$12,800,000) has already been surpassed after a total of 58 entries were made during the first day of play. The registration will remain open until the start of Day 2, meaning the prize pool might get even bigger.

Haxton finished the opening day with 11,170,000 in chips ahead of players like Adrian Mateos (8,660,000), Daniel "jungleman12" Cates (7,635,000), Erik Seidel (5,085,000), Patrik Antonius (4,465,000) and Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz (2,570,000). See the full Day 2 seat draw from here.

However, at least one big name has already been eliminated: Phil Ivey. Ivey was photographed playing on Day 1 and could still re-register today:
