With the $25k 8-game playing on the 14th June and other events on the 18th, 19th and 22nd for $10k - $25k buy -ins.

Luke Schwartz was one of the players to turn up for the one-day $25k 8-game mix event. Which got some lively Twitter coverage from the English player.

He spent some of the week playing in the $2k/$4k game in Bobby’s Room with Gus Hansen, Jason Mercier and Aussie Matt. But today he grabbed a cap to the Aria to play.

The UK poker player had over $1.4 million in tournament cashes before he entered the tourney.

The final table ended up being an anglicised affair along with Schwartz there were two other pros representing the Union Flag.

Unfortunately for Schwartz his game ended prematurely when he ran his Ad-Qc-Td-2c hand with two diamonds into a 3s-3d-2d-Ah hand with two lower diamonds. The board was Qd-Tc-7c-5d but his opponent’s only out the remaining non club three hit the river and ended Schwartz's run in 5th place.
