As we reported yesterday, the full complement of partypoker pros – and even big boss Mike Sexton - were out in force on Twitter to tempt undecided players into playing the massive $10million guaranteed event in the Bahamas.

Sam Trickett and Kristen Bicknell – neither of whom are in the tweet below! - were chief among the big names to point out the huge value for those swithering about whether or not to enter, and it almost paid off as the final day 2 entries raised the total by more than 600….

The buy-ins totalled a still impressive $9,000,750, but even adding in the juice of over $600k, the partypoker team will still be forking out a pocketful of value to the players who made the trip to the Baha Mar resort and Casino.

The Main Event is already down to under 300 players fighting for the $1.5million top prize, and with second and third spots offering $1.2 million and $1million paydays, there will be at least a trio of very happy millionaires by the time the trophy is handed over.

Among the big names at the top of the leaderboard are Kings Casino boss Leon ‘Loose Leon’ Tsoukernik, Kelly Minkin and Alex Foxen, the Team partypoker leading light so far being Anatoly Filatov as play continues.
