Kicking off this weekend, Sunday February 3rd sees the first of the additional 253 tournaments over last November’s series, while the final day will host the series highlight – a $530 buy-in High Roller guaranteeing $500k in prize money on February 17th.

The hugely-popular Progressive Knockout (PKO) format applies to all 437 tournaments, each player starting with a fixed bounty on their head – a rake-free bounty at that given partypoker’s recent decision to scrap the juice on the bounty element. More bounty = more value for the players.

Team partypoker’s Ludovic Geilich is already excited at the prospect of another massive online feast, stating: “I am really looking forward to the KO Series."

He added: “This is one of the most fun series partypoker offer, and there is nothing like the feeling of winning lots of bounties before you have even reached the money! I also I made a couple of final tables in the last KO Series, and really want to win one outright this time!”

How much and which games?

There will be six tiers of buy-in running from ‘Micro’ level at $2.20 all the way up to the ‘Super High Roller’ tournaments at $3,150, ensuring that players of all bankrolls can participate – and with an increase on overall guarantees of 33% on the previous edition it looks certain to draw in huge numbers.

A quick look at the schedule reveals offers a range of formats to satisfy all tastes, with ‘Normal’, ‘Mix-Max’, ‘PLO’, ‘6-Max’ and ‘8-Max’ all well catered for.
