ALLInPav Runs Deep in the partypoker Sunday grind

It is time to have a look at how the partypoker Sunday grind went yesterday, a quick glance showing some legendary old faces in the money, and a deep run by one of the newest additions to the partypoker crew catching the eye!

Hristivoje Pavlovic, better known to online poker streaming fans by his moniker ‘ALLinPav’, signed up to the site’s newly-created Team Online a couple of weeks back, and he’s already making a splash.

Having already cashed for close to $4k in the ‘Fast’ version of the Sunday High Roller Bounty Hunter, his 4th spot in the Main Event II made his decision seem all the more wise, although fellow newbie at partypoker, Patrik ‘egption’ Tardif, just missed out on the money…

This was one of the few tournaments yesterday which failed to smash its guarantee, but before we get to those that did, here’s the one that broke even for the site, although the winner found a $40k+ bankroll boost.

The $200k High Roller Deepstack had exactly 200 runners, and Finnish poker legend Juha Helppi was among them, a 9th spot finish more than tripling his $1050 buy-in.

The biggest paydays, however, went to the Austrian-based duo of Dario madgenius87 Sammartino and mwhldwn, the latter – also known, though still anonymous, as online crusher ‘bencb’ - edging Sammartino out heads-up for a $40,780 scoop, the ‘mad genius’ settling for a $29,600 cash…

Moving up to the $2100 buy-in Sunday High Roller Gladiator, the guarantee may have been $200k but a prizepool of $274,500 was up for grabs when 134 runners appeared.

Andras ‘probirs’ Nemeth had a deep run, but just missed out on a final table appearance, and the performance of the day has to be handed to winner souhftfW.

The top prize from the regular prizepool was a healthy $23,658, but the Bounty payment of over $51k has to be one of the biggest yet, almost ten times what any other player managed!

Back down the buy-in levels, and the $320 Sunday Gladiator attracted a massive turnout, 839 entries and this time $58k above the guaranteed $200k, promising big money for those on top of their Sunday grind game.

The UK’s Adrien ‘ADRIEN_BRODY’ Brody is an ever-present feature of the Sunday winner’s list, but here he had to settle for 3rd place, behind fellow Brit-based grinder BucketsOfRain.

It was rosyrosy22, flying the Maltese flag, who had the biggest cash of all, over $33k and split almost equally between regular prizemoney and the rake-free Bounty element.

Last, but certainly not least, was the $530 buy-in Sunday High Roller Bounty Hunter, a nice ‘round’ 555 entries and another guarantee smashed.

It wouldn’t be a Sunday on partypoker if Patrick Leonard wasn’t in the frame somewhere, and sure enough he surfaced for an excellent 3rd spot finish and over $18,000 in total.

Maltese-based NoMorep0lic3 shared the regular prizemoney for top 2 – the flattened payout structure now standard on partypoker following player feedback – but the biggest chunk of the Bounty money went to eventual victor, the wonderfully named Canadian RingelStink.

That’s it for another week of action on the partypoker Sunday grind – join us again next Monday to see who won what and who came close!
