Hellmuth's Potential 3 WSOP Bracelet Prop Bet This Summer

Phil Hellmuth has been sharing his hopes and dreams for this year on Twitter. The 15-time World Series of Poker gold bracelet winner has taken a leaf out of Daniel Negreanus book and declared some mightily tough goals for himself.

Pushing $23 million in live tournament winnings and with 36 cashes he’s maybe not being too arrogant to set the bar this high, but this list is a tough ask.

For starters, Hellmuth wants to win three WSOP events this summer. Okay, he has 15 bracelets already, but that’s over three decades. And to go with this goal he thinks he can add a pair of World Poker Tour wins too. Doesn’t seem too likely, if you ask us. He only has five final tables at the WPT in his life.

The third goal is to sell one million copies of his new book Positivity. According to Amazon’s own stats though, sales aren’t exactly flying off the press. Who knows, maybe a good run at the WSOP will change things dramatically.

The next goal is unclear due to Hellmuth’s lack of skill as a photographer, but starts off talking about blowing up his expensive headphones? Who knows what goes through his head sometimes.

The final aim for 2019 is to write Positivity 2. While he can certainly write it if he so chooses, he will probably change his mind unless sales of the first effort pick up rapidly.

It wasn’t all “positive” though. One disgruntled follower posted exactly what was on his mind.

“Positivity and still behavin like an ass on the tables, give me an effing break man, how insane are you to believe you are an example of positivity, lol”.
